1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that the use of inflatable equipment, soft play equipment, and

rented event items (including but not limited to bounce houses, slides, ball pits, chairs, tables, and other party equipment) involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, injury, falls, collisions, and other hazards.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

 

 2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release, waive, and discharge A&K Celebrations LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates, from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, damage, or loss that may arise from the use of rented equipment.

This includes injuries caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.

 

3. SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT

I agree that:

- Adult supervision (18+) will always be present during use of equipment.

- All children using the equipment will be monitored to ensure safe play.

- No rough housing, flips, or unsafe behavior will be allowed.

 

4. EQUIPMENT USE RULES

I agree with the following:

- No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, or pets on inflatable or soft play equipment.

- Equipment setup will not be moved, altered, or tampered with.

- Weight and occupancy limits will be followed.

- Equipment will not be used during high winds, rain, or unsafe weather conditions.

 

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

I accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items during the rental period. I agree to pay for repair or replacement costs if equipment is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tears.

 

6. SETUP LOCATION & SAFETY

I confirm that:

- The setup area is safe, level, and clear of hazards.

- I have obtained any required permits or permissions for the event location.

- Access to electrical outlets (if required) is available and safe.

 

7. WEATHER POLICY

I understand that:

- Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

- No refunds will be issued once equipment is set up, unless determined by A&K Celebrations LLC.

 

8. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless A&K Celebrations LLC from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of the rented equipment.

 

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read and fully understand this agreement. I agree with all terms and conditions stated above.
